Essential Flight Terminologies

  1. Service Element – Such an element shall consist of domestic or international flight booked independently and not dependent on travel or destination itineraries
  2. Travel Supplier/Supplier – The airline is designated as Travel Supplier, who will not act as a principal but shall engage in booking the flight itinerary for customer/traveler/passenger.
  3. Flight Ticket Booking – The process of reserving the flight ticket and other types of travel services in consultation and discussion with the travel supplier.

Note- Soon after Eazyfares.com receives the request for booking Flight Ticket and full payments are received, our travel agent shall execute the process of purchasing the relevant service element from the supplier as requested by the prospective customer/traveler/passenger.

Booking Flights from the USA to India and back forth

Booking the international flights to India from the USA is streamlined and the traveler has the advantage of booking them at Eazyfares.com without any hassles. However, to ensure that booking a flight ticket is smooth, the intended Customer/Traveler/Passenger or the Group shall take a quick review of entire trip before making any confirmation and subsequently proceeding to the payment interface.

Note: It is the responsibility of Traveler/Passenger to read the protocols of booking at the time of making the reservation of the flight ticket. Eazyfares.com shall not cater to any

Since many international airlines shall not validate name changes, or ask for overwhelming fee for correcting the name. Therefore, it is mandatory and essential that your critical personal details on the flight ticket should match exactly with the details provided in the passport and other documents.

If you passport matches Single Name on the passport, make it sure that you provide this piece of information well in advance for seamlessly easy experience while booking the international flight.

Note – If there are any costs involved in the Name Correction on the flight ticket, it will be borne entirely by the passenger or the group. In this case Eazyfares.com and neither of its partners shall owe the accountability.

Total Airfare/Cumulative Airfare

The airfare comprises basic cost of the flight ticket, fuel, airport surcharge/fee and all other types of applicable taxes as well as fee. The Total Airfare/Cumulative Airfare shall also include the Service Fee as charged for booking the Flight Ticket by Eazyfares.com. However, Total Airfare is not inclusive of the Fee associated with the optional services such as Baggage Check-in, Special Assistance and Seat Selection thereof.

Consent of the traveler/passenger whereby they are likely to be charged the Total Airfare in multiple splits, and is inclusive of the airline charges, agent fee of the Eazyfares.com and interalia shall be expressed by them in their authorization for such charges.

While booking the flight ticket, Eazyfares.com shall not guarantee the request for window seats, special meals, or special assistance like that of wheelchair or bassinet. These special requests are however accepted by us at the time of flight ticket booking, but validated only by respective airlines howsoever.

The Baggage Allowance is variable and this will depend on the type of flight ticket and the destination. Therefore, the customer/traveler/passenger/shall make no assumptions with respect to their baggage allowance. Therefore for a smooth flight experience, you need to make the conformation of the Baggage Allowance prior to your booking.

Eazyfares.com shall not confirm or guarantee any booking of flight ticket, if full payment is not made. It may take up to 12 hours or more after the payment is processed from your credit card or debit card. The e-ticket shall be emailed to you on the registered email address.

The traveler/passenger shall bear the responsibility for the Transit Visa and Visa to Final Destination. Eazyfares.com shall not hold any responsibility for losses accumulated due to misrepresentation of the travel documents or absence of legitimacy in them.

If required, you may also get in touch with the respective consulate or embassy of the designated country for gaining relevant information with regard to the mandatory travel documents.

Eazyfares.com makes no claims for the liability of any monetary losses that may most likely result out from modifying the elements on flight tickets, which are otherwise interdicted by the airline, or arising from the pricing restrictions. We also advise and recommend the customer/traveler/passenger/to purchase only the changeable tickets. These types of flight tickets are generally expensive, but customer/traveler/passenger/shall not bear the risk of losing the money, while they make the last-minute alterations.

Note – The changes are ONLY VALIDATED upon the availability of the seat and in this regard the Airfare Difference or the alterations in Service Fee is required to be paid in total.

Non-Refundable Ticket and No-Show Incidence

Eazyfares.com offer flight tickets on negotiated and discounted airfares, we therefore notify that most tickets purchased from the website will be Non-Refundable, unless a special request is forwarded to us at the time of flight booking for purchasing the Flight Ticket. There are NO REFUNDS on the flight tickets for the trips that have either been partially or never been used.

Eazyfares.com mandates and requests the customer/traveler/passenger/to provide a leeway of minimum 72 Hours in advance for carrying out any alterations and modifications in the flight ticket, or execute the cancelation of the flight ticket. The request is called upon for the benefit of customer/traveler/passenger/because as the fee for any such alterations is likely to increase for the flights that leave the airport in less than 72 hours.

A few airlines may assess “No Show Cost” apart from the Change Fee and Pricing Difference to the Flight Ticket, provided:

  1. There is update in the status in GDS (Reservation System), of which our travel agent shall apprise you of, at least 72 hours before the flight departure;

Note: If there are any last minute changes, travelers are advised to confirm the flight status with respective airline inside the window timeline of 72 Hours of the flight departure. We suggest that the customer/traveler/passenger/should avail more information from our Customer Service Representative.

  1. If you have purchased flight ticket of two separate airlines, you should read the terms and conditions of each of the airlines. The terms and conditions of the airlines are explicitly mentioned on the website operated by respective airline.
  2. Each airline is guided by its own set of rules and restrictions. They also have their own fee and flight booking policy. The customer/traveler/passenger may have to bear the liabilities with regard to penalties or spent on the flight tickets or making the adjustments to unaffected flight if flight schedule is affected by the airline. Such schedule change may occur as the result of any emergency or unfavourable flying conditions thereof. The airline shall reschedule and/or cancel the flight ticket and this would eventually force the customer/traveler/passenger to their flight and travel itinerary thereof.
  3. Under certain conditions, the airlines may very likely enforce supernumerary costs if you request for replacements, or ticket refunds or alterations. Since the terms and conditions of each of the airlines are likely to vary (with respect to check-in hours and baggage size/weight limits), the responsibility is entirely on customer/traveler/passenger to abide by them.

Check-in Requirements

 Domestic Flights

International Flights

In general, the domestic flights originating and terminating in the USA, Canada and Indiamandate the Check-in of a minimum 2 Hours before the flight departure.  However, such timeline is changeable, entirely dependent on the prevailing air traffic and circumstances that may otherwise come due to the operational reasons. It is advised in the benefit of customer/traveler/passenger to Check-in at least 45 minutes before the flight.

In general, the international flights originating and terminating in the USA, Canada and India mandate the Check-in of a minimum 3 Hours before the flight departure. The customer/traveler/passenger should make a Check-in at least 60 minutes before the departure of their flight.Any checking in, whether it includes the baggage or not, should fulfil this criterion.

 

Note:

  1. com and any of its affiliates shall hold the responsibility if no refunds are executed on behalf of customer/traveler/passenger or if the customer/traveler/passenger is denied boarding, or deported or the flight is delayed;
  2. There may be Federal/Government Exit or Entry Fee that becomes applicable and is dependent on the destination for which customer/traveler/passenger has booked the flight ticket;
  3. In case of the group booking, all the travelers shall travel on the same itinerary. No new customer/traveler/passenger will be added or deleted from the group in such bookings.
  4. com shall charge a Service Fee of USD 50 or more in lieu of the requests made by customer/traveler/passenger in the post booking scenario, where s/he desires of managing the changes in flight schedule timings or changes in the name, or date of flight ticket booking or forward the intention to cancel the flight ticket.
  5. com shall ensure that the information related to the Debit Card/Credit Card and the Billing Address as provided by the customer/traveler/passenger is verified and that verification number provided to us by customer/traveler/passenger is accurate.
  6. If we are not able to verify the information provided by the customer/traveler/passenger, the airfare is changeable without any notification.
  7. com is not responsible if the debit/credit card billing address and/or credit card verification number has not been verified by our flight ticket booking agent. All delays in this regard shall be borne by the customer/traveler/passenger.
