1. It is significant to note that with respect to the policy, Flight Tickets bought within 7 days (168 hours) from the date of travel have non-refundable nature;
2. The request for cancelation for international flights shall be entertained over the phone line. The request for cancelation and refund shall be entertained under the following situations:

1. The cancelation request should be initiated at com;
2. The traveler does not produce a “No Show” status, wherein s/he does not reach the airport and likewise fail to report about their absence to the respective airline;

Essential Charges and Non-Refundable Nature
